New Chapter House

Tau Beta Chapter

Stillwater, Oklahoma

A 26,000 square foot chapter house has been built for Chi Omega on the Oklahoma State University campus. The $8.6 million project includes three floors and a finished basement. The first floor has several living room areas, a large kitchen, and a dining room for meals. Living space and sleeping quarters are provided for the house administrator. Meeting rooms are available for study groups and projects. Bedrooms for 71 members are found on the second and third floors. A second floor patio with outdoor seating overlooks Monroe Avenue. The basement has a multipurpose room and an arts and crafts room that doubles as a storm shelter.  Construction was completed and the ribbon cutting ceremony was held in March 2023.
