A 26,000 square foot chapter house is being built for Chi Omega on the Oklahoma State University campus. The $8.6 million project includes three floors and a finished basement. The first floor has several living room areas, a large kitchen, and a dining room for meals. Living space and sleeping quarters are provided for the house administrator. Meeting rooms are available for study groups and projects. Bedrooms for 71 members are found on the second and third floors. A second floor patio with outdoor furniture overlooks Monroe Avenue. The basement has a multipurpose room and an arts and crafts room that doubles as a storm shelter.  Construction will begin in May of 2021 and be completed in July of 2022.
