Renovation of New Offices

HoganTaylor, LLP, one of the largest public accounting firms in Oklahoma, has renovated a former car dealership into new office space in the Innovation District of Oklahoma City. The building was redesigned to extend a second floor into the former service bay garages, creating 17,000 square feet of office space and accommodating 75 employees. The contemporary interior design creates office hoteling space to support a telecommuting workforce. Different sized conference rooms provide flexibility for client or staff meetings. The kitchen space functions as an employee breakroom, but can also accommodate large firm gatherings. A second-floor balcony with patio seating overlooks Broadway Avenue. The $2 million renovation was completed in December of 2019.
