New Chapter House

Oklahoma Beta of Pi Beta Phi

Stillwater, Oklahoma

The Oklahoma Beta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi at Oklahoma State University is designing a 31,000 square foot chapter house in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The new three story house will be a gathering place for the chapter and provide sleeping rooms for 85 members.  The first floor entry opens to a large living room that connects to a library and study lounge.  The beautiful dining area connects to a serving area off the new kitchen and a partially covered courtyard with outdoor seating. A large multi-purpose room can be used for chapter meetings or campus activities and the house administrator will have a private apartment. The member sleeping rooms will be located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and will accommodate two, four, or six roommates. Study and lounge areas are being incorporated into the sleeping areas as additional gathering spaces and a sundeck and balcony overlook the courtyard.  Design plans are being finalized and the yearlong construction on the $15 million project will begin in Summer of 2023.
