Building Renovation

Pivot, Inc. is a nonprofit community organization that provides programs and services for youth in need. The building renovation converted a 3,800 square foot office space into Oklahoma City’s only day and night shelter for homeless youth. A gathering space allows the youth to watch television and relax. Bunk rooms and lockers provide them with a safe place to sleep and keep their belongs. Restrooms, showers, a laundry facility and a small kitchen provide needed services. Staff offices and a front welcome desk completed the renovation. The $335,000 project was finished in June 2020.
