The Reunion Building, built in 1917, is a ten-story historic building in the heart of Downtown Tulsa. Rose Rock Development Partners converted the building into ninety multi-family unit apartments, with restaurant and retail space on the first floor. A fully equipped gym and a dog park with a dog wash station are available for residents. A landscaped rooftop with a deck, televisions, lounge space, fire pits and grills provide a beautiful gathering space with a view of Downtown Tulsa. Cooper Project Advisors served as the Construction Management Advisor for the 75,000 square foot renovation. The $8.9 million project which was completed in September of 2020.
