The Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help

Enhancements to the Cathedral

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

A $3.4 million renovation of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help was completed in November of 2019. The renovation includes hand-painted murals and paint designs that are unique to the parish. The murals represent aspects of Oklahoma Catholic history and the faith community. Beautiful custom designed liturgical furnishings and light fixtures were installed to add to the overall ambiance of the worship space. A mosaic modeled after the Bernini’s Dove in St. Peter’s Basilica was placed in the high altar. A Shrine to Blessed Stanley Rother completed the renovation.
