Alpha Chi Omega at Oklahoma State University

Additions and Renovations

Alpha Chi Omega, Gamma Epsilon Chapter

Stillwater, Oklahoma

The Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at Oklahoma State University is undergoing a renovation and addition to enhance its living and communal spaces. The project includes the creation of a larger common and study area, the installation of a new heating and air conditioning system, and the expansion of the meeting space. Additionally, upgrades will be made to the front of the house to improve curb appeal. The renovated facility will accommodate up to 70 students, providing a comfortable and modern living environment. Construction is set to begin Summer 2025.

“Cooper Project Advisors has been an invaluable resource for us throughout every step of our renovation. Their experience with large-scale projects allowed us to interview and find the right team of architects and contractors to fit our needs early on. Their knowledge of the renovation process, ability to anticipate project demands, and continued follow-up with the contractors has kept us on track and within budget even as changes have been made. Knowing they are available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and oversee each step has been a huge stress relief for our Housing Corporation and is making this project a success. I would highly recommend their services to any and all who ask!” – Tara Hasenpflug, President of Housing Corporation
