Additions and Renovations
Kappa Delta, Nu Chapter
Stillwater, Oklahoma
The Kappa Delta house in Stillwater is exploring a major renovation and expansion to enhance both living and educational spaces. Plans call for a new three-story addition, increasing the total building footprint from about 7,900 SF to over 10,200 SF. Interior upgrades include refreshed finishes, updated flooring, new cabinetry, and window/roof replacements throughout. Exterior enhancements include a new entry system, fencing, and landscaping. Overall, the proposed renovations will modernize the facility, improve functionality, and expand capacity while supporting Kappa Delta’s mission of academic, social, and community engagement.
“We are in the early stages of our sorority house renovation and expansion project, and Cooper Project Advisors has already made such a difference. Their Greek housing experience has been invaluable, especially as we worked through a complex variance and rezoning process with the city planners and attorneys. CooperPA guided us every step of the way and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. They also helped us select a general contractor and worked seamlessly with our architect team. Having CooperPA on our side has made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and exciting.” – Tricia Carpenter & Stacey Roggendorff, Building Committee Co-Chairs
