Additions and Renovations

Kappa Delta, Nu Chapter

Stillwater, Oklahoma

The Nu Chapter of Kappa Delta at Oklahoma State University is undertaking a significant renovation and expansion of their house to better serve the needs of their members. This project will include the addition of a spacious multi-purpose room designed to accommodate 250 seats, ideal for chapter meetings and dance practices for university shows. The dining area will be expanded to provide a more comfortable and functional space for members, while additional bedrooms will be added to increase capacity. The renovation will also feature the creation of dedicated study areas, improved bathrooms, and a modernized boardroom to enhance collaboration and leadership activities. The House Director’s suite will undergo an upgrade to ensure a more comfortable living space. Construction is slated to begin in May 2027.

“We are in the early stages of our sorority house renovation and expansion project, and Cooper Project Advisors has already made such a difference. Their Greek housing experience has been invaluable, especially as we worked through a complex variance and rezoning process with the city planners and attorneys. CooperPA guided us every step of the way and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. They also helped us select a general contractor and worked seamlessly with our architect team. Having CooperPA on our side has made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and exciting.” – Tricia Carpenter & Stacey Roggendorff, Building Committee Co-Chairs
